This year's school theme is "Global Manatee Mission". We are on a mission to become Global citizens! We want all to become aware of the world around us and become those who can people who can go out in the world prepared for the diverse cultures, be good green citizens and ready for the digital environment that they will encounter!
So come embark with us as we begin by looking at Ecuador! We will be learning all that we can about this country through various projects and activities. Ecuador is an amazing country that includes the Galapagos Islands! We will use this site to post all that we are learning!
I have been spending this week getting prepared for our adventures! I learned that we will be on a Tree Planting mission this year with Brock Fazzini and Fazzini Coffee. For every "A" received on your child's report card, a tree will be planted in honor of our school. Our goal is to plant 20,000 trees! Here is to exceeding that goal!
